     Arc is a Curious site. At first glance he would look to be a normal male frillish, but little details come out when closely examined. extra daimonds on his bottom fins, and his arms seem to have a bit more appendage to them. His pupils are larger then normal, but other then these little details, He isn't all to special.

     Well, there is the fact that he is a little cold and selfish. Despite his heavy Inteligence and skillfull manipulative prowess, he isn't all that of a social bee. Tending to focus on his own ideas and goals, and often judging others on their own. You will usually find him coming up with over grand schemes, reading a book, or bothering his older brother.
